This is overall a pretty great towel! It’s not quite as soft as I expected based on other reviews, however it is soft, and I’d say it’s as absorbent as a traditional towel. It’s a great towel for traveling since it’s so lightweight and works as well as a heavier towel. My fiancé and I both got this towel, and used them on a recent cruise for our port days. I carried two of these towels in my bag and even combined they were lighter than one standard towel. Based on our experience, these will definitely become our travel towels, but it’s unlikely that they’ll go into our everyday towel collection.

I always struggle with terry cloth towel lint and wanted to try Turkish towels as an alternative. I appreciate the lightness and size of this towel, but it did not solve my lint problem. It is also not as absorbent as terry. I will definitely be using this for travel or camping though since it’s so compact when folded.
This towel is so nice! It is lightweight, but very absorbent. Because it is lightweight, it dries quickly…making it much less likely to get that musty/mildew smell. It is also a great size that wraps around me easily.
This Turkish cotton towel feels like another I got on Amazon in 2018. I've always wondered if it's real Turkish cotton because they're supposed to get softer with time and it feels just like it did when I first got it...In any case, this feels smooth and how cotton should, breathable and comfortable. I like the size and how thin it is, especially during summer; this type of towel is great for drying around the ears, in crevices. And for how quickly it dries. Gorgeous color, looks just like it did on my screen. I will update my review should this get softer with time, than my other one has.Also, a note to avoid fabric softener when drying towels. I used to sell towels and appliances (not at the same time 😂). Fabric softener leaves a waxy coating that makes towels less absorbent. Hope this helps. Recommended.
