The base and globe pendent holder have a hammered copper antique look to them. The glass pendent has hand placed glass pieces that make up the Turkish style luminary. Beautiful warm light and earth tone accents cozy up a room.
This lamp is really pretty! I did have to order a lightbulb twice because the wrong one arrived first. The reason I didn’t give this 5 stars is because I really think it should come with a lightbulb. It’s not a wildly expensive bulb and therefore it should’ve been included. Other than that, beautiful lamp.
I really wasn't sure what to expect on this lamp, but I was blown away. My friend has the small red one and I definitely fell for his and this one is just as beautiful but it is definitely much prettier in person. If anyone is looking for a lamp to read by, this isn't the one since using brighter bulbs takes away from it's beauty. 7 watt equivalent is just perfect for this but you could even go as high as maybe a 15watt but anything higher and the colors almost wash away. The one thing I do wish is that the metal base should have been made with a little heavier steel. with the weight of the globe it does seem kind of top heavy. I may have to use some museum or quake putty to kind of anchor it to the table but other than that, I love it!
Out of the box I was surprised at how incredibly light it is. Because we have cats I don't feel like I can put this just anywhere. It is very, very light. The mosaic glass is beautiful and clearly lovingly made. But I am going to have to be careful about where I put this. I rated lower because it's not as sturdy as expected.
Really nice lamp. My only negative it is a little top heavy. My husband made a wooden disc to attach to the bottom to help keep from tipping over. It sits fine but because we have cat was afraid it would get knocked off. Too nice to get broken. Nice metal hanging stand but it is just light weight for the glass sconce. Comes in a box with the light separate in 3 pieces to assemble. Globe packaged separate in smaller box. The shipping boxes were sparse in their packaging to protect in shipment but arrived okay. Has metal clips that attach the globe together. They are pretty stiff to pinch the clips into the globe but they won't be coming off easily either. Bulb is not included. Standard night light bulb fits into it. But I was also able to put a LED chandelier 60 watt bulb into it and it was a lot brighter. It wouldn't be a main light for a room but it makes a nice accent light on a desk or table or a nightlight with a low wattage bulb. Has well made electrical cord with a turn off switch close to the lamp. Very nice lamp but maybe a little costly for the price of $50.
