This towel is amazing. It dries so quickly that it doesn't get that gross towel bacteria smell. It is also very compact. We use it as a bath towel, but I definitely get how it is great for a trip to the beach. We will have to bring it with us when summer is back.
You wouldn’t expect a towel so thin to be so absorbent, but it really dries you off quickly! I bought this for a beach towel but I tried it out with a shower, as it isn’t beach or pool season here. The towel is so soft, with a generous cut- I’m not a small person but I can comfortably wrap it around me with overlap and cover all the important stuff. I was able to dry off quickly and the towel was dry in a few hours. I can see why people are using these as bath towels, as they are soft, attractive and take up far less space. Washing and drying it was so easy, too. I’m really excited to eventually get this out on a lounger by the pool.
I fell in love with this beach towel! It's so soft and absorbent, and it dries quickly, even in the shade. I've used it at the beach and the pool, and it's perfect. It's also big enough to use as a beach blanket or wrap-around. I especially like that the towel is OEKO-TEX certified, which means it's free of harmful chemicals and synthetic materials. That's important to me, because I don't want to be putting anything toxic on my skin. I think that this is a high-quality product that's well worth the investment.
I have several Turkish towels and this one is one of the better ones I have ordered. It is a good size and you can tell it is very good quality. The grey color and tassels went well with the theme of my bathroom. It is very absorbent. It is also soft on the skin and dries quickly. I highly recommend.
If you've never owned a Turkish towel, you are missing out--these all cotton towels are not like standard US terry towels. They are made of fine cotton and get softer and better with use every time you wash them. They are perfect for the standard uses of bathing, swimming, and poolside, and are fantastic because they also dry so much faster than a terry towel. But my family also uses them for travel! They roll up small enough to stuff in a tote, backpacks, or even a large purse, and make a great pillow or blanket/picnic blanket for traveling. I even used this one this week at the hospital while sitting with my mom! I love the colors and style.
