This towel is large and thin, so in some ways doubles as a throw or light blanket. It can be perfect for travel on a plane or trip where luggage is limited - both uses! So soft, more absorbent than a thinner Turkish handtowel. This towel is beautiful, thicker, and incredibly versatile.
I never knew or have ever felt a Turkish towel before so when I saw it, it looked like it felt softer then my own towels so I just had to get it! It came in and I have to say I'm pleased to know that it feels like its been used 100 times but it hasn't! It feels like its been through so many washes for many years, I love the feeling of this Turkish towel. I will definitely be buying more that's for sure! I think the colors is what made my day so much better, I think I just love anything that has lots of color. it also durable. I would recommend this to my family
I chose this towel as it is similar to another towel I purchased on Amazon to use at the beach. It is very large and would work as an everyday bath towel as well. It’s not a very thick fabric but does absorb water well and dried quickly. It’s not the highest quality but held up well in the wash. The instructions say to hang dry which I did and it dried fairly quickly. It did not shrink and I don’t believe it will.
I like how big this towel is, because I can actually wrap it around my body and it stays. I feel like using this towel dries my hair a little bit faster compared to terrycloth towels. This towel is also light and absorbs water really well.
I prefer these type of towels over the thick Terry cloth. They’re much easier to pack to go to the beach. This one does not disappoint. It’s very large and pretty soft. I really like the color, as well.
